Here is a list of frequently asked questions about Kobe Beef Classic products:

Q.) How will the product be delivered and when can I expect it?

A.) All orders will be shipped on the Tuesdays. They are sent by UPS Overnight Express (drop at the door).

 

Q.) Is the Kobe Classic Beef delivered to me fresh or frozen?

A.) All of our Kobe Classic Beef products are shipped frozen and in sufficient cooler packaging.

 

Q.) Do I have to be home to receive my order?

A.) You are not required to be home. Product will be delivered to your door and left there.

 

Q.) Can you tell me about the cattle the product will come from?

A.) Our Kobe Classic Beef herd derives from the result of careful cross breeding of our premium Japanese Wagyu bull and our well established Angus herds.

 

Q.) Has there been anything added to the meat?

A.) No, we never use any steroids or growth hormones in our cattle.

 

Q.) What is your meat aging process?

A.) To ensure premium texture and flavor, our Kobe Classic Beef is dry aged between 14 and 21 days with no artificial flavors, ingredients, dyes, preservatives or other enhancements. The aging process is a critical step with our Kobe Classic Beef. The aging process is monitored very closely so that the beef is packaged just at the right time – not too soon, not too late.
